San Francisco International Airport

San Francisco International Airport (airport code SFO) is the world's 23rd busiest airport with over 39 million passengers annually. Considered the "Gateway to the Pacific,' San Francisco International Airport has over 50 air carriers and 31 non-stop destinations. The airport consists of a Main Hall with two branches, International A and International G for international travelers, and Terminals 1, 2, and 3 (Concourses B-F) handling domestic flyers. This airport was also the first major US airport to achieve 100% fully automated and integrated baggage screening. Located 14 miles south of downtown San Francisco, the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) systems can take travelers anywhere in the city easily and efficiently.
