Punta Cana International Airport

Punta Cana International Airport (airport code PUJ) is located in the Caribbean country of the Dominican Republic and sees almost 4 million visitors a year. The airport is 3 miles from the High?ey-Punta Cana Highway and, depending on location, seaside resorts are a 10- to 40-minute drive from the airport via shuttle buses, taxis or rental cars. The airport has three terminals, all featuring palm frond thatched-roofs and live merengue music. Terminal 1 is for international flights while Terminal 3 is for domestic flights and private jets.
