Vaclav Havel Airport Prague

Vaclav Havel Airport Prague (airport code PRG) is located about 10 kilometers west of downtown Prague in the Czech Republic in the suburb of Ruzyne. The nation's largest airport handles between 11 and 12 million passenger each year. The airport has two passenger terminals, North 1 and North 2 (Severin 1 and Severin 2). North 1 handles travelers from outside the European Union including flights from the US and the UK. North 2 handles flights within the EU such as France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. Taxis, buses and rental cars are available as well. Vaclav Havel Airport Prague was named "Best Airport in Central and Eastern Europe" by Skytrax in 2005.
