General Mitchell International Airport

General Mitchell International Airport (airport code MKE) is located 5 miles south of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With about 8 million passengers a year, Mitchell Airport is in the Top 30 "Fastest-growing Airports in the World" by Airports Council International. Nine airlines provide non-stop service to 48 cities including international stops in Mexico and Canada. The airport consists of one terminal with three concourses, Concourse C, Concourse D and Concourse E. International flights arrive at the International Terminal located north of the parking structure. Rental cars, shuttles and buses provide ground transportation. Amtrak's Hiawatha line also stops at the airport. Besides service to downtown Milwaukee, Hiawatha line travels to Chicago's Union Station.
