Lisbon Portela Airport

Lisbon International Airport, Aeroporto de Lisboa, (airport code LIS) is located near Lisbon, Portugal, and serves over 14 million passengers annually. About 6.5 kilometers from the city center, taxis, buses and rental cars are available for transport, with plans underway to connect the Lisbon Metro to the airport by underground station. The airport has two terminals, Terminal 1, which handles arrivals and departures, while Terminal 2 is departures only. The airport has a full-service business center with meeting rooms and 90-seat amphitheater. The airport is one of the largest in size in Southern Europe with over 30 airlines and provides service not just to Europe, but Africa and South America.
