El Dorado International Airport (airport code BOG) is located in the capital of Bogot?, Colombia, in South America. The airport is the 3rd busiest in Latin America hosting almost 19 million passengers each year and is Latin America's busiest cargo airport. The airport has two passenger terminals. The main terminal called El Dorado has two concourses and handles international and domestic arrivals. The other terminal is called Puente Aereo (Air Bridge) and serves Colombia's Avianca Airlines and its subsidiaries exclusively. Located 13 kilometers from downtown, taxis and buses can take passengers into the city. Over 25 airlines provide travelers service to and from North and South America, the Caribbean and Europe.
