Antalya International Airport (airport code AYT) is located outside of Antalya, Turkey, and serves as the gateway to the Turkish Riviera. The airport features Terminal 1, serving both domestic and international travelers. Terminal 1 also has the Domestic and CIP terminals. Opened in 2007, Terminal 2 was built to help handle the over 15 million passengers the airport sees each year. About 11 kilometers outside the city center, a variety of transportation options are available including Havas Airport Shuttle, city buses, taxis and rental cars. About 725 kilometers south of Istanbul with several direct flights from London, Antalya is a vacationers' paradise with both modern resorts and ancient ruins.
